2D & 3D Designer & Machine Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Designer & Machine Operator proficient in 2D and 3D design, CNC programming, and machine operation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, developing 2D/3D models, generating CNC toolpaths, and operating CNC machines to manufacture components accurately according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Relevant technical qualification, diploma, or practical experience in CNC machining, CAD/CAM, mechanical design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, ArtCAM, VCarve, or equivalent.
- Experience in CNC programming, toolpath generation, and machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensions.
- Knowledge of machining tools, materials, cutting speeds, feeds, and tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
