Course Description

If you are in Wood working area then probably you are working with CNC machine. Well to create or prepare files to cut in CNC router you need to prepare your drawing in special CAM software. The most popular and powerful CAM software is Artcam. Artcam very powerful CAD/CAM software that will allow you draw 2D / 3D drawings and convert it into CNC machine language to cut it in the machine.

Module: 2 - Learn How to Use Drawing Tools.

How to work with rectangle tool in artcam 2018: In this section, you’ll learn how to draw with the primitive object. Here you’ll see what kind of Features rectangle has
Drawing with polyline: Polyline tool also very simple and easy to use drawing tool. Check video how to work with it.

Set size of Model: Look for options like “Scale” or “Resize” to adjust the overall dimensions of your model.
Set Position: Enter numerical values or use interactive controls to adjust the position of the model along the X, Y, and Z axes.
Adjustment of Resolution: Resolution adjustments are often associated with texture mapping or refining the level of detail in your 3D model.
